Clean with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid alcohol-heavy cleaners and extreme heat (dashboards, saunas). Store in the case when not worn.
Titanium & metal
Wipe with a microfibre cloth. Check screws periodically. Avoid bending temples by hand — return for adjustment if needed.
Lenses
Rinse dust before wiping. Use lens-safe solution when available. Do not dry-rub grit across the surface.
